Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Skills Proficient in food preparation techniques, with experience in a kitchen environment. Knowledge of dietary aide practices and ability to accommodate special dietary needs. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods. Experience in the food service industry, preferably within a restaurant setting. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
