We strive for quality when it comes to the preparation of all cooked food, and we also hold the expectation that anybody who is tasked with the multiple responsibilities that come with being a grill cook are able to show punctuality for all shifts, as well as an aptitude for improving, receiving constructive criticism, and learning all other facets of the store and its operating procedures. Multitasking and time management skills are essential due to the high-paced work environment and side tasks that are required to be completed during your shift time. If you are a person who takes pride in your work, enjoys the challenge of multitasking, and is able to work well with others in an oftentimes fast-moving and ever-changing environment, we would be more than happy to have you join our team at Diablo's. Previous experience is not required but preferred, as this position can often times require constant motion and an ability to focus on multiple things at once.
