Duties Prepare and cook menu items efficiently, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Set up food stations, organize ingredients, and manage kitchen supplies to optimize workflow Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area, utensils, and equipment throughout each shift Serve food to customers with friendly, professional service while managing multiple orders simultaneously Support catering events or special outdoor functions as needed, ensuring timely meal delivery Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry or restaurant environment Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior experience with fine dining or catering services is desirable but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about creating flavorful dishes in an energetic environment!
