Your culinary skills will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests, making each dining experience memorable. Whether you're preparing fresh ingredients or cooking to perfection, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will drive the success of our kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Handle food preparation tasks including slicing, dicing, and assembling ingredients with precision and care Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food safety standards are met Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, knives, and other cooking tools Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings to keep offerings exciting Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health regulations and safety guidelines Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of pizza and related dishes Qualifications Prior experience in a food service environment, especially in pizza making or similar culinary roles Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices Experience with dietary department standards and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Skilled in knife handling, meal preparation, and food presentation for fine dining or casual settings Familiarity with menu planning, food handling protocols, and catering operations Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating delicious dishes that delight customers and elevate their dining experience
