Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Cook to join our culinary team, specializing in preparing delicious breakfast and dinner offerings. This role is perfect for someone passionate about food preparation, culinary arts, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality meals that delight our guests and meet all food safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast and dinner dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Ensure all food handling, preparation, and cooking adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas and seasonal dishes to enhance the dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils Collaborate with dietary department staff to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food efficiently and safely Serve meals with professionalism, ensuring presentation meets quality standards and customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within the food industry or restaurant settings Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to plan menus thoughtfully while considering nutritional balance and guest preferences Experience with dietary aide tasks or dietary department operations is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with catering services, meal preparation for large groups, and food service standards Join us as a Cook- Breakfast/Dinner to bring your culinary talents to life!
