JOB DETAILS
Monday
  • Friday 10:30am

RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of ingredients and butchery of diverse meats Execute every menu item and plate them with care and efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized workstation Skillfully prepare, season, and cook meats, vegetables, and starches Measure and mix ingredients accurately by following recipes Grill and sauté meats and vegetables Ensure quality by tasting, smelling, and piercing foods Portion plates properly and neatly Manage kitchen inventory and stock Assist with shelving inventory and ordering ingredients Always adhere to food safety policies and wear protective gear
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a cook is a plus Customer-focused May be required to stand for long periods May engage in frequent bending, squatting, pulling, and pushing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, time-management collaboration skills Willingness to perform other assigned duties Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
