Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety will contribute to the smooth functioning of our kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation standards Follow established recipes, portion controls, and food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to support seasonal or special offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations at all times Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and communicate supply needs to management Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and timely delivery Experience Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food service environment Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation Experience with dietary department standards and dietary aide procedures is a plus Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and fine dining service is highly desirable Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation across diverse cuisines Commitment to food safety standards and proper food handling practices Previous experience working in the food industry, including restaurant or catering settings
