Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Night Line Cooks to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes during evening hours, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals with restaurant experience looking to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Must be Available nights and weekends including on Sunday. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, braising pans, poaching stations, and food prep tools safely and efficiently Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a hygienic workspace Assist with food production for dinner service, including meal preparation and plating Ensure adherence to recipe guidelines and portion control for consistent quality Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and proper food handling practices Support the dietary department by understanding dietary restrictions and accommodating special requests when needed Qualifications Previous food industry experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking in a restaurant or catering environment Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and food safety management Experience operating kitchen equipment safely in high-volume production settings Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitizing protocols to ensure safety standards are met Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation processes Dietary aide or dietary department experience is a plus but not required Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently during busy night shifts Join our team as a Night Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life in a dynamic environment where your skills make a difference!
