Qualifications:

Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills Previous cooking experience preferred Ability to work efficiently as part of a team Strong sense of urgency with attention to detail Ability to stay composed and think quickly in a fast-paced kitchen Takes pride in personal appearance, integrity, and work ethic Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation at all times Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service Demonstrate strong knife skills and ability to work multiple stations Maintain consistency and quality in all dishes Assist with prep work and other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, sharp objects, and slippery surfaces Maintain proper hygiene standards, including frequent handwashing
