Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes including appetizers, entrees, soups, vegetables, desserts, and banquet selections Following recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent, delicious meals Operating grills, ovens, steamers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Preparing ingredients by washing, cutting, peeling, portioning, and organizing products Monitoring food quality, flavor, appearance, and presentation Accommodating food allergies, dietary preferences, and special guest requests Supporting banquet and event functions with exceptional attention to detail Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment Following all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures Working closely with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations What We're Looking For We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications:
