In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to perfection, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards. Your culinary skills will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests, all while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise and grow within the food industry. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Cook food items with precision, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with menu planning by providing feedback on ingredient availability and preparation methods Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and serving Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Demonstrated culinary experience, including knife skills and meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in restaurants or the food industry is preferred Strong kitchen experience with an understanding of food service operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us and bring your culinary talents to life!
