Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely execution. Handle and cut fresh fish with expertise, ensuring minimal waste and optimal yield. Maintain a clean and organized sushi station, adhering to all food safety regulations. Engage with guests when appropriate, showcasing knowledge and enthusiasm for sushi and Japanese cuisine.
