Responsibilities Prepare a variety of food items efficiently and safely, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Handle cashier duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations; assist with bussing tables and food handling tasks Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely food preparation and service delivery Support food industry best practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Kitchen experience or café background is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to create an inviting atmosphere for guests Join us in delivering memorable experiences through great food and exceptional service!
