Line Cook/baker position and Delivery driver

Midnight Bear Breads is an artisan bakery and cafe in Lawai! We are adding a few members to the team. Looking for friendly, reliable individuals to work in a fast paced environment, with a willingness to learn. Experience preferred, but not required. •

Open Positions:

Baker/Chef:

Cut and shape bread and croissants, top pastries, follow recipes to make doughs and fillings, work with head baker. Make a variety of sandwiches and breakfast & lunch items to order in a quick and consistent manner. Prep meats, veggies and sauces, keep a clean work area. Some kitchen experience preferred.

Delivery Driver & Product Packager:

label and bag all bread to be delivered to wholesale accounts. Drive between Lawai and Princeville delivering products on Wednesday and Fridays.

Dishwasher:

Afternoon shift doing dishes and general cleaning.

Compensation:

$17

• 26/hour starting pay, plus tips. Consistent raises given after showing reliability and good work ethic after initial training period. Tips average $30
• 100/ shift additional to hourly pay. Health insurance for full time employees available. Simple retirement plan with employet contribution.
