What You'll Do as a Hospitality Coordinator (Cook): Embrace our household model by taking responsibility for dining services, housekeeping, and laundry duties, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and residents. Plan, prepare, and cook meals that delight residents with high-quality, nutritious options, ensuring a positive dining experience every time. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that operates smoothly and efficiently, following all food safety, sanitation, and storage guidelines. Collaborate with team members to involve residents in daily household activities, creating a sense of community and engagement. Ensure resident rights are respected in all aspects of your work, promoting a caring and respectful environment. What You'll Need to
Succeed:
Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Prior food service experience is preferred , but we're happy to train the right person! Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to serving others. Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, to interact with residents, families, and team members effectively. Proven organizational and time management abilities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
