Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Assist with menu planning to ensure diverse and appealing offerings Handle food with proper safety and sanitation practices, maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen Support catering events and special functions by preparing meals and coordinating food service Maintain accurate food handling procedures, including storage, portioning, and waste management Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery in a high-volume environment Demonstrate excellent knife skills and food preparation techniques to optimize efficiency and presentation Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry standards Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and fine dining service Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Skilled in catering, serving, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a restaurant or kitchen setting Excellent knife skills and proficiency in culinary techniques for diverse cuisines Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
