The ideal candidate is comfortable making pizzas start to finish and managing a wood fire oven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas using a wood-fired oven Handle dough, sauces, cheeses, meats, and vegetables Stretch, top, and bake pizzas to house standards Maintain oven temperature and fire control Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Prior pizza-making experience Experience with a wood-fired pizza oven Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Reliable and team-oriented
