Job Summary Responsibility of the grill operator is to prepare to order within allotted time quality food in accordance with specific cooking procedures using grill, flat top, pizza oven, and fryers. Operator is responsible for setting and monitoring equipment temperatures and cooking times. Memorize and comprehend menu items and portions. Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, restocking, and following safety and company rules. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Must be available weeknights, and weekend nights.

Qualifications:

Must have experience as a fast-paced grill cook. Be able to communicate with co-workers and managers effectively Stand for long periods of time Work around, handle, operate, and control hot equipment and products in a safe manner.
