Childcare Center Cook Little Bulldog Childcare & Learning Center We are looking for a dependable, caring, and organized Childcare Center Cook to join our Little Bulldog team! Our cook plays an important role in our center—because keeping little bellies full is a BIG job! We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a family-centered environment and takes pride in preparing nutritious, kid-friendly meals for our children.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and snacks for children Following planned menus and CACFP meal requirements Helping maintain food inventory and preparing grocery/food orders Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary Following proper food preparation, storage, and food-safety procedures Preparing meals and portions appropriate for different age groups Completing required meal and food-service documentation Communicating with teachers and administration regarding meals, allergies, substitutions, and special dietary needs Maintaining a clean kitchen throughout the day, including dishes and general kitchen cleanup We are looking for someone who is: Dependable, organized, able to work independently, comfortable preparing meals for a group, and—most importantly—someone who understands that every role in a childcare center contributes to creating a safe, happy place for children. Experience in food service is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person!
