Hours are 9am-4pm. 35-40 hours a week available. Weekends are mandatory to work. Previous experience required Prepare and cook menu items efficiently and accurately according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper knife skills and sanitation procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking Requirements Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is preferred but not required; a strong interest in culinary arts is essential Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety standards Fine dining experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in food industry techniques Ability to work early morning shifts with energy and enthusiasm Strong understanding of kitchen safety protocols and sanitation practices Join our team as a Morning Line Cook if you're ready to bring your culinary passion to life while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
