Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated

LICENSED

Physical Therapy to join our expanding clinic. We serve patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and take pride in delivering personalized, one-on-one care to each individual. We are looking for a dedicated team member who is eager to learn, grow and enhance their skills while making a positive impact on our patients' lives. Hourly rate will be based on experience and skills.

!! Developing and executing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide manual techniques to increase mobility and decrease pain. Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients. Educate patients and their families about exercises, care plans, and rehabilitation goals. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with medical standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and physiology to enhance patient interactions and understanding of treatment processes. Requirements Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist program. Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices, particularly in orthopedics. Familiarity with medical terminology related to patient care and rehabilitation. Ability to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members. A commitment to providing compassionate care and improving patient outcomes.
