AC Hotel & Element Boise Downtown Join Our Opening Team! The AC Hotel & Element Boise Downtown is looking for a reliable and energetic Breakfast Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast items while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. This position plays a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience each morning. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to recipes and brand standards. Set up and stock cooking stations before service. Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner. Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members. Perform opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred. Breakfast cooking experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
