What You'll Do Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail Prep ingredients, sauces, proteins, and garnishes according to recipe standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines Assist with daily specials, inventory organization, and kitchen prep projects Work collaboratively with chefs and team members during busy service periods Support catering and special events when needed Help create an exceptional dining experience through quality execution and teamwork What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Comfortable using knives and standard kitchen equipment safely Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Why Join Us?
