As a key player in our kitchen, you'll bring energy, precision, and passion to food preparation, ensuring each plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes and seasonal updates that align with our fine dining concept Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Support food preparation activities, including chopping, marinating, plating, and portioning ingredients efficiently Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences for guests Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, providing high-quality meal preparation and service Qualifications Proven experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, particularly in fine dining environments is desired Strong culinary skills with excellent knife techniques and food preparation abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Experience with menu planning and meal assembly for diverse dietary needs Background in dietary aide or dietary department roles is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to follow direction Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to culinary excellence!
