We are looking for a reliable and fast-paced Short Order Line Cook to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on quick, high-quality cooking for a busy service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook short-order items to order on the line (grill, fry, sauté, sandwiches, breakfast items, etc.) Execute daily prep work including portioning, chopping, marinating, and stocking stations for efficient service Prepare and cook daily specials as directed by the chef, ensuring consistent quality and presentation Maintain a clean and organized workstation following all food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP practices) Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely ticket times Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management

Schedule:

Nights and weekends required (typically 4-5 shifts per week, including evenings until close) Flexibility for occasional daytime prep shifts as needed

Requirements:

Previous line cook or short-order experience preferred Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Strong knowledge of food safety and basic cooking techniques Positive attitude and team-player mindset Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs If you're a hard-working cook who thrives in a fast environment and enjoys creating great food, we'd love to hear from you!
