Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders Requirements Previous experience cooking in a high-paced, high-volume kitchen Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Must be able to work weekends and holidays (with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas, as we are closed) Must have reliable transportation
