@ 2:30pm. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence. This position is perfect for those who thrive in a restaurant setting and have a keen interest in fine dining and meal preparation. We do require our Team Members to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), we are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety practices. Qualifications Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to prepare meals accordingly is a plus. Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.
