Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and sanitized. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices. Line awareness and the ability to observe business and make correct adjustments to adhere to demands. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills and proficiency with various cooking methods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
