In this role, you will be trained by Chef to work with flawless precision in the kitchen at all stations (pasta, prep, sauces, etc.) Tues-Sat. This role provides a growth opportunity to advance in the kitchen allowing Chef to attend to other matters. You will be given a cooking test to determine competence and skill level. 2 years minimum experience. Responsibilities preparing line before service take ownership of tickets and complete them clean line at the end of the night as well as the kitchen follow set recipes follow verbal intructions consistent replication of dishes good knife skills competent with science behind saute coooking self starter and manager ability to firing cooking and selling tickets all at the same time competent multitasker keeping line stocked prep such as cutting produce and preparing items for service finishing entrees serving desserts keep station tidy other cleaning tasks Experience 2 years of cooking experience Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food handling safety protocols and knife skills. Experience with menu planning and meal preparation for diverse dietary needs is a plus. Familiarity with catering services and serving in fast-paced environments enhances your candidacy. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and speed
