In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared according to our established standards of food safety and quality. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working with calm chill people , we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and dicing using proper knife skills. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring all food handling areas meet safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests. Participate in catering events as needed, supporting the dietary department with meal preparation. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
