Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Prepare and cook a variety of Caribbean dishes, including our signature jerk meats, sides, and sauces, following established recipes and presentation standards.
Station Management:
Efficiently manage your assigned station, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and delivered in a timely manner.
Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes to ensure consistency and adherence to FH JerkGOD's standards.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times.
Inventory Management:
Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and in good condition.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.
Adaptability:
Be prepared to assist with various tasks and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of Caribbean cuisine and cooking techniques preferred.
Skills:
