Job Description
Job Overview Kitchen Crew Members prepare food for the customers, maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, and assist in creating an overall successful kitchen operation. An excellent Kitchen Crew Member must follow instructions well, gain a full understanding of how all kitchen operations work, and be able to work with other crew members efficiently. Kitchen Crew Members are responsible for the exact execution of preparation and production procedures to ensure the customer always receives a consistent product. Duties and Responsibilities Set up pizza stations Prepare ingredients and make recipes Produce finished pizzas according to exact procedures Coordinate timing of production during service Follow food safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization Manage stations and the flow of product Break down and clean pizza stations Job Qualifications Minimum degree required: High School Degree (or currently enrolled) Knowledgeable of basic kitchen systems and skills Physically able to perform job duties Reliable Organized and efficient Communicative Quality-oriented and customer-oriented
