Role:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for our patients, residents, and staff Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute menus, ensuring that all meals are nutritious and appealing Utilize your creativity and culinary skills to develop new recipes and presentation styles Support the culinary team's efforts to provide exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and menu plans Maintain accurate inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, and report any issues to the Dietary Manager Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations on a regular basis Participate in food storage, receiving, and rotation procedures Assist with food preparation and presentation for special events and occasions
Requirements:
