In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals and handcrafted pizzas that delight our guests. Duties Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, including pizzas, entrees, and sides, ensuring high-quality standards. Follow established recipes and food safety protocols to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients efficiently. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools. Maintain organized workstations to promote efficiency and safety during busy service hours. Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food while adhering to quality standards. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within restaurants or the food industry. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Experience with menu planning and meal preparation for diverse dietary needs. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations to ensure compliance. Background in fine dining or catering environments is a plus for delivering exceptional quality. Excellent food service skills with an understanding of serving standards and customer satisfaction.
