Your culinary skills will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail, consistency, and presentation standards Follow established recipes and portion controls to ensure quality and efficiency Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes or modifications based on ingredient availability and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and coordinating meal service Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a dietary aide within a restaurant or food service environment Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services is highly desirable Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
