  • Part-time, Full-time Maize + Mash is looking for strong Line Cooks to join our kitchen team.
We're a Chef-Driven restaurant focused on scratch cooking, high standards, consistency, and genuine hospitality. We're looking for cooks who take pride in their work, move with urgency, and understand the importance of execution during service. No shortcuts. No excuses. Real cooking. Real accountability. Line Cook Responsibilities Execute scratch recipes with consistency Handle volume with composure and urgency Maintain clean and organized stations Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service Follow recipes, specs, and plating standards Protect food quality and kitchen standards at all times Assist with prep, stocking, and station setup/breakdown What We're Looking For Kitchen experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Willingness to learn and improve daily Professionalism, accountability, and respect What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($18
