Job Summary:

The Restaurant Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's menu, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following recipes and portion controls, and working closely with the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards. Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service. Monitor and control food waste and portion sizes. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained. Requirements:
