Job Summary Harold's Chicken Shack is seeking a dependable and motivated Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing menu items according to company recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This position plays a key role in delivering the great food and customer experience Harold's is known for. Responsibilities Prepare and cook chicken, sides, and other menu items according to established recipes and procedures. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and food preparation tools. Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control standards. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Stock and organize kitchen inventory and supplies. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Keep workstations clean and organized throughout shifts. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Support other kitchen and restaurant duties as assigned. Skills Previous cooking or food service experience preferred, but not required. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
