in Niles, Illinois, United States Job Description Directs others and participates in the preparation of Eastern European cuisine to include salads, soups, hot main dishes such as pierogi, borsh, beef stroganoff, Ukrainian potato salad, stuffed cabbage, dumplings, duck pate. Supervises members of the kitchen staff, creates staff schedules, creates new recipes, sets menu prices, changes seasonal menus, performs quality control, ordering products and supplies.
Requirement:
