Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team! Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes, menus, and presentation standards Handle food with care, maintaining proper food safety and sanitation practices at all times Use knife skills and culinary techniques to prepare ingredients efficiently and accurately Support food service operations by plating dishes, managing portion sizes, and ensuring timely delivery to guests or customers Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health regulations Skills Experience with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques Proven ability to handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Knowledge of the food industry standards for food safety, catering, and food handling procedures Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
