Job Description
Twin Lakes Extended Care is hiring a full-time Dietary Cook to join our dietary team. This role helps prepare and serve meals for residents in a skilled nursing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and dietary standards. Pay $16.00 - $17.28 per hour Responsibilities Prepare meals according to planned menus and resident dietary requirements Ensure food is properly prepared, portioned, and served Review meal trays for diet accuracy Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow sanitation guidelines Work with dietary staff to support daily meal service Follow food safety procedures and dietary instructions Qualifications Previous cooking or food service experience preferred Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus Ability to follow recipes, directions, and dietary guidelines Reliable attendance and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and additional benefits.
