Overview Rosie's is seeking a passionate and dependable cook to join our team! We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating beautiful food, and thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Manage prep lists and ensure ingredients are stocked and ready for service Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring proper food handling and safety protocols are followed Support menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Maintain cleanliness, organization and adherence to food safety regulations at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Handle food storage, rotation, and inventory management efficiently Requirements Previous cooking experience preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and work efficeintly during busy service periods Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures What we offer Competitive pay based on experience - $16- $18/hour Opportunity for growth within a new and exciting concept Supportive and team-oriented work environment Employee Discounts Check us out at www.rosies.wine!
