This role is ideal for someone with a passion for food and sharing it with the 16 folks at Green Leaf. The cook will play a vital role in menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Responsibilities Collaborate with the director to create balanced and appealing menus that meet dietary needs. Prepare meals in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Must possess CFPM certification or obtain prior to start of position. Requirements Skills in food preparation, cooking, and serving. Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in the food industry. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
