Full Job Description Summary:

The word "ardor" has multiple definitions, all related to the idea of burning….be it a burning passion and enthusiasm, with which we carry through every step of production and service within this brand, or the literal burning of live fire which is carried throughout our concepts. We are an expanding hospitality group, and are looking for driven individuals to join the team. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, interested in growing as a line cook. This role may be for Ardor Breads and Provisions, 12 Bar Lounge, or our new concepts coming the first quarter of 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Assist with catering events as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
