We have 2 kitchens, which both produce high quality dishes. There is a large ongoing need for prep work and service work. We are looking to hire professional cooks only, who can be shown the recipe once and master it. This is not a position for someone who has not worked in a professional, non-fast food kitchen before. Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's expectations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute meal preparation efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Monitor food stock levels and report them to management
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Cook in catering or restaurant settings
• Strong knowledge of food service best practices
• Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills English is a must. Wednesday
• Sunday Availability is a must.

Pay starts at $18 an hour but there is potential for more for the right candidates. We look forward to working with you!
