The Role:
As our Line Cook, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency in a high-volume settingManaging your station efficiently during peak service timesMaintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen cleanlinessCollaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operationsFollowing recipes and plating standards to deliver exceptional dishesStaying organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
You have solid experience working in a high-volume kitchen, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform well under pressure. You're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to work a consistent schedule including weekends and holidays. Business Hours are 7am to 3pm dailyHow to
