Your expertise in food safety, kitchen equipment operation, and high-volume production will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, braising pans, poaching stations, and food prep tools safely and efficiently Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and food handling regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient needs and preparation methods Support food production for high-volume service periods while maintaining consistency and presentation standards Follow recipe guidelines meticulously to ensure meal quality and portion control Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation, serving, and catering events Experience Previous dietary aide or food service experience preferred, especially within restaurant or fine dining settings Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures Skilled in various cooking techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and food preparation methods Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation processes Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in food handling across diverse culinary tasks High-volume production experience in the food industry or catering environments is highly desirable Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
