Job Description
The cook will prepare the lunch, dinner and oversee the snack and coffee breaks. The cook will follow the establishment recipes. Duties will include preparing ingredients, adhering to the menu, and following food health and safety procedures. The cook must have a ServeSafe Manager certificate or equivalent that is recognized by ANSI or be willing to take the test and get this certificate. Food will be available on time. Work will include operating a grill, oven, microwave, outdoor grill, small appliances.
