Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Adapt to menu changes and special requests as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Passion for cooking and attention to detail.
