This is a full-time position with every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) availability required. Preferred candidates will be able to: Prepare high-quality, scratch kitchen meals Follow recipes and menu rotations ServSafe certified or able to obtain Comply with state and federal guidelines for food safety and sanitation regulations Team player with strong people skills Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines Work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
